Hello,
this is my first ever macro photo (in which details of fly's eye are visible). I used Canon EF-S 55-250 IS coupled with reversed Helios 44M 58mm mf lens on Rebel XT. Everything was hand held (even the reversed lens). It's a bit noisy, had to use ISO 800 to get a decent shutter speed. Did not imagine this could require so much light. Took me quite a bit to get it right. Figuring out what combination of lenses and aperture settings I should use for a decent quility was the hardest part. Anyway, there's the result. Comments and critique are always welcome
