Well I took these the other night when it was freezing like all get out.
It was too cold to walk around as I only have my light jacket with me :lol:

I took these from the hotel room. Now due to the fact that I have no tripod
with me, the windows (on the outside) are dirty, and its 2-3" exposures... well
needless to say I couldn't just "sharpen and resize" the photos. So I tried
some new Photoshop techniques I had found the night before.
