Sorry, I should've explained. Photography is one hobby and the other is collecting anything Zippo. (It's a Zippo knife.)

I probably have 30 - 40 pieces including lighters, advertising pieces, tobacco accessories, flashights as well as a couple T-Shirts I think I have one or two zippo knives, but no Case knives.

You have given me an idea to photo the pieces in my collection.

That's a bit personal... ;)

As far as the image goes, I'd loose the plastic stand, it really detracts from the knife. It actually took me a moment to understand what I was looking at. At first I thought I was looking at some sort of snowboard.

Maybe shooting in on a seamless syc and opening up the blade while propping something small behind the handle to keep it upright.
Just an idea.
