anyone want to chime in on if this is a decent tripod? its from the used department, but its 100% new

at $90 it seems pretty nice, i played with it at b&h and it comes brand new, with a case its pretty sturdy with my equipment on it as well.

Anyone? I'm leaving for 2 weeks in china in 2 days and don't have too much to spend. The tripod can't be too big as I'm traveling light. I was think this or a gorillapod focus.

Looks good, but I am not a fan of 4-section legs. The bottom section is also super thin and I am iffy about the stability.
