Tripod with Ball Joint - Need Suggestions

I'm looking for a Tripod with one of those balls joints at the top. I want something that's easily adjustable, the less knobs I have to loosen the better. Also something with quickly adjustable legs would be great. The biggest lens I'd be using is a 70-200mm. I just don't like fussing around with knobs just to make minor adjustments.

Can I get something like this is the $50-$150 range? Pref lower than $150, but if I have to spend that much I'm open to doing it. Cheaper the better.
