I went down to steamers lane yesterday, the surf was FLAT. I saw kayakers by the cliff...that is how flat it was. BUT, I saw something else..

Now, I usually like to bag on this particular line of cars, as BMW fan boys tend to think they are just the ****, and M cars are good- but they are not RS cars from audi, which are so understated, M drivers usually make the mistake of racing one and getting crushed like I did.

Then I saw this...

Disgusting...

Why have that when you can have an M5 which is infinitely better!

Dang, beat me to it. Top Gear pretty much hated it, but that's about par for this sort of car.

There's heaps of space in the engine bay. You have to fill it with something.

That being said, it certainly doesn't make either the X6 of the Cayenne (or another high end wannabe 4WD) a good car/SUV. Whatever you want to call them.

In Australia, this car satisfies rich mothers who only drive to their kids school and back.

Jeremy didn't test the M version. The base X6 is rubbish, but I bet he'd change his tune with the x6M.
