For the record, I am not in the United States, nor is my website. We're both wholly in Ireland.

I've had a blog dedicated (ostensibly - I've been putting up photos of my kids to cover for some illness in the last couple of days) to my infrared photography for quite some time, but for all that I can occasionally churn out an interesting photograph, my ability to write isn't really noticeable and so I've decided to turn to reader submissions for photographs, information and advice regarding infrared photography - both digital and film. It is currently not-for-profit and has no advertising, so payment out isn't a concern.

Do I need some kind of release?

I've also spoken to some local suppliers and agreed to work out promotions with them. What kind of release and boilerplate jargon do I need from both ends?
