Thanks Guys.One more. We are discussing if this is actually a reflection of Commander Ham in the left seat. In this 1:1 crop of the takeoff,I could not help notice a red/orange area in the cockpit window. I enhanced the colors just a tad bit in the window area to bring out the details

We compared notes and the orbiter does put the pilot very close to the window unlike some aircrafts. As you can see in the picture below on landing, the commander can be clearly seen in the side window. asysin2leads wrote in post #10192947 Like you said, highly unlikely that it's the external fuel tank.
