I shot this tonight (May 15th) shortly before the moon set... It's the first clear night we've had in weeks.

When my friends looks through my dozens of moon photos, they nearly always stop at it and say "Wow!". I don't think it's the quality of my photo per se, but that really low sun angle seems to bring out craters and features that resonate with folks. It always surprises me that my friends like that little sliver so much. Rick
