Just received my 7D and I had to try it out. This little guy was bathing in a small pool in the middle of the Central Oregon desert.
Comments and critiques are appreciated.

Very nice shots!

I got my 7D a couple of weeks back and I am absolutely awed by its performance.

What an awesome series. Very nice! We only see rufous-sided towhees in Seattle.

Very nice images of this cute bird. I've never seen one bathe before! We had a couple up here 3 years ago and I took lots of shots while they scratched the ground. Haven't seen one since.

Thanks, windpig. We also have a spotted towhee around here. They are pretty birds.

Thanks, Steve! They do seem to spend a lot of time on the ground, and this is the first time I've seen one bathing. This one was very cute. :)
