I'll take another look at that Topaz tonight. I didn't see that it would work with PSE at all. I would buy that right away if it does.

May 18, 2010 22:32 | #19 Well that was cool! I found and installed a trial version of Topaz Simplify. A truely neat program. I might have to look into getting the whole suite. And yes, it does work with PhotoShop as well as PSE 1-8.  I didn't use the Watercolors filter, instead I liked the looks of the Buzslim filter and then made some of my own adjustments to the preset image. This is more like what I was thinking, like a painting, but with some photo qualities still. I also reduced the red amount just a bit before going through Topaz. I didn't like the way the BG was so close to the color of the flowers. Thoughts? Chas Gordon
