I travel to Milwaukee every other week for work. I generally get pretty bored after work so have been exploring the city quite a bit with camera in hand. Took a different approach last week in the rental car. Mounted up the camera on my tripod in the passenger seat and strapped it down with the tripod sling, camera strap, and seatbelt. I like #2. If you can play with the white balance and get rid of the yellow hue, it would be wall worthy.

Thanks. I did a 'click white balance' in DPP and removed the yellow hue altogether but it looked too sterile. The lights as I remember them are right on this shade, so I decided to change it back.

Yeah it's not a great drive, but better than the Hyundai I have this week :/

I had the camera strapped down, and used my timer remote to roll off a few 2-4 second shots. The first photo you can see the lights are shaky; this is due to a rough road and normal speeds. The second is nice and fluid due to better road surface and only doing about 20-25mph.

I'd like to do a trunk mounted tripod/rig shot later on but I'll have to get some more suction mounts and a much better rental car than what I have :p

I personally think its fine as it is and works well, not all tunnels are perfectly lit, so why try make it.;)
