I like the last one..simple and stark.
.first, that filter seems to be a hit and miss for me.sometimes it WOWS, and other times,not so much.

It's very good, but I would like the composition better were it a little closer to the 1/3 intersections.

Thank you very much for your comments. Being the only photographer in our group meant that I could only manage to squeeze one shot of the flower in the fountain out before my name was called due to holding everyone up. I also felt guilty that one chap was kindly carrying the rest of my gear whilst I puffed and wheezed my way around the place. My Italian Flickr contact suggested a tighter crop around the flower refection and pool of coloured water but I'm not so sure.
