I own a Black Rapid RS-1, and recently became leary of the dependability of the original connector and spring clip. I emailed customer service, and asked if I would be able to get a discount for the Fastener 2 and Connecter 2. They emailed me back telling me because they valued my service, they would be sending me an FR-2 and CR-2 at no charge! Great customer service is hard to find and I really commend them for their great efforts!
