I'm a bit color impaired, but my girlfirend and I agree that the flower shots in our little makeshift close up studio are showing more orange than the pink that our subject, a gerber daisy, should be. We're using her Canon 5D with a 100mm Canon macro lens, plus two studio strobes. I have diffused the strobes with white nylon, and we made sure we turned off the flourescent lights before we took our shots.
I tried using the White balance bracketing function, plus tried altering the color temp in the camera menu. It doesn't seem to matter if we change the exposure, we still get orange. It's orange in the LCD, and orange when we look at it in the Canon Zoom Browser.
Any suggestions?
I'm going to try my camera, a Canon 300D, to see if the sensor in the 5D is the problem...
