Probabally a dumb question....

Is there a need for some sort of release form if i'm being paid by the model for a shoot?
I wont be using any of the pics myself unless she requests them to be on the website.

I have the TFP & normal model release form where we are paying the model for her time......but is there one for the other way around?

Cheers
Steve

You always need a release if you use the images in any commercial way whatsoever. Financial details are irrelevant. Get one even if you don't plan on using the images.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

At bare minimum you need a release signed by the model that gives you permission to use the images for your own promotional use (i.e. portfolio). Like CDI said, even if you don't plan on using them right now, get a release for that particular use.
