Hi there, I am looking for buying a new comfortable backpack for my current and pending setup. And would like to hear some suggestion.

My setup:
7D
Canon 17-55/2.8 IS
sigma 30/1.4
Canon 85/1.8
Tokina 11-16/2.8
Canon 70-200/4 L IS (will upgrade to 70-200 2.8 IS Mark II by year end)
580 EXII
Hoods of all lenses.
Charger and 1 extra battery.
Lee or Hitech ND and GND system ( Pending to buy)

I am currently using Kata 3n1 22. I actually like this bag a lot but it's just don't have enough space when I need to fit everything. And the Valco positions are very limited.

If possible, please post a picture of the bag filled with gears here.

Thanks.

I tried several bags, and back-packs, many years ago. Never did find one that really worked for me. I purchased a vest from 'The Vested Interest' http://www.vestedinterest.com (external link) - I purchased this about 15 years ago and continue to be pleased with the purchase. My vest would be what is now called 'The Magnum' - mine is camo-color. Camera body and short lenses go in the bottom front pockets, telephotos in the side-pouches, misc stuff (first aid kit, ground-cloth, extra clothing, &c.) in back-pouch - all sorts of extra pockets everywhere for ancillary items.

Hope this helps.

The beginner clicks the shutter and says "Let's see what I got." ... The experienced photographer thinks "How can I capture what I see?"

I can't (yet) say how comfortable it is, but the Burton 28L will hold all that.

There's a couple photos in this thread showing what they can hold.

Thinktank Streetwalker and Streetwalker HD will hold all that...and more, and I find it pretty comfortable. I think the Lowepro Flipside 300 would also hold that gear, but it's close.
