I have one PW Plus II that fails to fire remote units. I am thinking about send it in for repair. The mailing is going to be somewhere $25 out of my pocket, plus who-knows-how-much the actual repair.
Anyone had experience with their service?
Thanks.

No experience with their service though Im sure they can fix it, but why on earth is it going to cost you $25 to ship it? Those things weigh less than 13 ozs so you can send them via first class with tacking number. You dont need insurance, they arent worth THAT much. Shouldnt cost you more than $4 to ship that thing!

There is a fixed $15 return shipping fees imposed by the company regardless if I decided to get it fix or not after reviewing their estimation.
