Came across this card for a pretty good price and would like anyone's input on this card or if it can even be used in my Canon 7D? Thanks in advance

You didn't mention what you call a "pretty good price", but an 8 GB flash based CF card sells for around 20 bucks, is not susceptible to shock damage, and has more capacity than the 5 GB micro drive you listed. Not to mention that it's probably faster and easier on your camera's battery.

I don't know anyone who still buys micro drives for their DSLR.

I would not use that for any of my photos. You can decide for yourself how much your photos are worth to you.

That drive will fit and should work in the 7D. But, it will be slow compared to modern CF cards and also be questionably reliable, given it's tiny moving parts. It looks like you can get these for under $10 bucks, but is that really worth loosing your photos over?

You bought a nice camera, now by a proper card for it... :p

Here's one for around ~$70:

There are others that can be had cheaper as well.

Thanks for the replies, I do have proper cards for my camera but for $6 bucks i figured if it was compatible why not have a couple of extra cards lying around.

Thought I'd replied to this. Must have been called away from the computer. Anyhow, I seriously doubt it will. Note the "Designed for embedded use only". That generally means that it's meant for use as a permanently installed drive in something like an MP3 player. If you Google the part number, you'll find a lot of people on photo forums asking why it doesn't work on their cameras. So save your money.
