Fellas, what is the best way to resize photos for sharing on the Forums and emailing pics, because the file sizes are soo HUGE they need to be resized. Ive used Paint but thats not going to fly anymore. Thanks a bunch

You can do it in Paint, you can get little apps, or you can move to an app like Photoshop Elements that gives you more editing power than Paint and it also makes the resizing easy. Tony

In the Convert and Save dialog (and the Batch dialog) there are settings for both resizing the image and for setting the jeg quality. They are pretty simple to use. Tony

May 21, 2010 00:32 | #8 Your Canon software DPP will do some basic editing and will resize your files also. Now that the latest version has a horizon leveling tool DPP is about all I ever use for PP these days and I rarely use my Photoshop Elements 8 anymore. Joe
