OK so I own a Pelican 1600, when I bought it it had the Foam Insert and that is long gone.

I was looking to replace it with the Divider Insert Set, but it looks like I might be better off buying a new case with Divider Inserts and sell of an empty case. I guess I could keep the second case, but I really don't need two.

These are BH prices ...

Pelican 1604 ( 1600 + Insert ) $179

Divider Insert Set For Pelican 1600 $127

1600 - No Foam / Dividers - $124

If I sold my 1600 for $60 the new 1600 with inserts would cost less than the inserts.

My other thought is to have two Pelican Cases, the 1600 and buy a new 1510.

I love Pelican Cases, they are damn near indestructible!

I gotta figure this out so I can place my order tomorrow morning.

WOW, never saw the pricing in detail... I agree how silly it is on those prices... Would there be a way to go to a tailor to custom make the dividers? I would think that it would be cheaper than $127? I would still keep the case and use it for something else...
