May 22, 2010 11:04 | #6 Hi Stan. It was a beautiful afternoon and I was in the area so I decided to stop by and see what I can find. The heron was feeding as I approached but instead of flying away it perched in the boardwalk. I got a few shots off and this was the best of the bunch.
