I just could not believe there is no one in EBAY sells new Canon 135L were BING cashback can be applied. Some has it listed for $1,080 minus BING = $980+ :-(
That is basically the same price when you go straight to the dealer. ($970)

Anyone here find one on Ebay at $980 minus BING, brand new? (USA warranty)

There seems to be one at "buy it now" for $980 at this link. (external link)

It comes from Japan, so not sure if that fits what you need. You are right, not much there.

Yeah. I saw that too! And if you look at the datecode, it`s "UN" = 1999! Holy crap! :-(

There wasn't one on eBay when I decided to pull the trigger so I got mine from J&R. $980 shipped and $931 after BCB.

How did you get a BCB from J&R? I don`t see a 135L from them on Ebay.
Any link is appreciated.

Now I kinda leaning more on the 100L macro IS.

I didn't go through eBay. They pay 5% through Bing shopping on everything in their store. Go to Bing then click on the shopping link, then cashback stores.

I just did some checking. The only 135L new from an authorized dealer on eBay is from asavings (FKA hotdigital) AKA Focus Camera. They apparently are jacking up their prices by 8% now when they know Bing is working, their BIN price on eBay is $1059. I hate sellers who try to pocket the BCB. J&R still lists the 135L at $980 and you will get $49 BCB.

K6AZ: When did you buy your 135L? Does J&R stock a newer datecode lens?

I bought it last month and it was a UY date code.

ETA: And I wouldn't worry about date codes anyway, once you get one you probably won't part with it. :)

I think I`m going for a 100mm f2 + Speedlite 580exII COMBO! that`s way cheaper than the 135L alone.

I`ll get the 135L someday. :-(

Update: I pulled the trigger on the 100mm f2 + Speedlite 580EXII combo! $770 Total after Bing! :-)

So did Bing go away again on Ebay? Ebay comes up on the Bing page, but Bing doesn't come up in any listings on Ebay -- for any product as far as I can tell. This is no way to run a railroad.

Ahhh?!? It's back now. Just to check, I pulled up a 135mm f/2 search. Found 15 listings offering BCB. Prices vary but rebates do exist this morning.

Here's another question I haven't seen asked or addressed. Who pays the rebate? Is it the retailer? Manufacturer? Ebay? Paypal? Microsoft? Just curious. Whose pocket does this come out of?
