which bag can I buy to carry 70-200mm IS II lens while I ride mountain bike?
I have been searching think tank web site for packs but I haven't found suitable one.
How do I attach the camera bag to the bike or on my body ?

It is a good question though since that case is indeed a monster (that you might want to keep in good condition for resale). If you can read this, you don't need a macro | 7D + 5DIII + Waaaay too much spent....

The secret is to remove the inside foam and put the lens in lengthwise rather than across. I cut the foam dividers and re-sewed the two long ones together and made a divider that allows me to put in 3 other lenses with my 100-400 lens. I can carry a 50f1.4, a Tokina 11-16 and a 18-200IS all with hoods. I'll see about photographing it with my daughters P&S so you can see it all assembled. The Slingshot has an added cross buckle to stop it from falling off the sholder. Is it pretty comfortable with a mountain bike, or just walking. Matt. did you carry the slingshot in front of your chest? Canon 1DM4,7D, Rebel XT
