nice shot Rob, just needs the the dust bunnies sorting now ; )

Cannot see the first shot, removed from Flickr?

LOL, the dust bunnies were about an inch think layer of dust and rainwater on the front element! Kept getting caked by the dust clouds etc.

Not sure why its has lost its link - here it is,with its border removed plus another (Just for Matt P).

Evening all,
Knackered after a day at Lydden with the family (and Rob + Adrian)

Had a great day photographing the drift cars... very different to bikes!

Got a few nice ones for my boy's bedroom wall I think.
(We're redesigning his bedroom into a "Top Grear" room).
first one out of the bag

This is Boyzone's Shane Lynch in the V8 Japspeed monster.
This was on the 1DIII, and 70-200 at 1/60th.

Rob can't see your first pic?

Not convinced with the 1/20 number, looks like an old school film scan though.

I've got a whole bunch of stuff to put with these pics on my blog coming soon...

Been uploading through Lightroom - it says it "updates" altered photos, but it seem to knacker the links whilst its at it. :S

The 1/20 was the only shot taken at that speed - hit the jog dial by accident!

I agree Declan Munnely's Mk2 Escort is insane, and he never lifts the pedal!

Although to be honest, it not as it seems....

It's powered by:
270 bhp N/A Vauxhall XE engine reworked to almost 2.4 litres on throttle bodies.

It weighs under 900 kilo's which is amazing!

just like last weekends bike pics, I'm going to throw something 'arty' in.
I don't know if I really like it, or I'm trying too hard but lets see what you think...

This is once again Shane Lynch in his 4.5 litre twin turbo S15, celebrating the Pro class win for round 3 at Lydden Hill.

Well that killed the thread.

Press images have been sent out, so I'm going to bed. I'll sort more in the morning.

Hi to Neal et al, who are out on the all nighter '28DL Strobist' style shoot, wish I could have joined ya. Have a great (dry) night

I've heard a lot of odd things about this Flickr upload lark in LR3 yet, Mike had some troubles too.
