Which 50mm did you get? f/1.4? I have the f/1.8, although it is all plastic its still a fab lens and I really don't use it enough!!

i got the 1.4 - i think ive been spoilt with the sigma. I love how heavy and chunky that is. The 50 isnt so much. First time out though. Only had about 30 mins and a stroll back from the pub. Need a proper session

Would be hard for me to do a weekend, I don't see my girlfriend in the week so i'm with her at weekends. If a night gets sorted i'll go, If not i'll miss out and look forward to the pics! ;)

would be up for a creative session with a 50mm. I tried this a few days walking around Reading. It was really challenging to think what would and wouldnt work.
