Bloody hell I go away for 4 days and there are 20 new pages !!

So whilst I catch up here's a couple from the past couple of days.......

On top of Priddy village looking down onto Wells, the Mendip Heights and in the distance Glastonbury Tor.

The view behind my caravan

Really nice feel to these, I'm looking into bokeh layers, and these would be perfect subjects for them.

Cool :)

Sounds like we're meeting up about 7ish, but the general plan is to do a bit of light painting once it gets darker.

I don't know where we're meeting up just yet though.

Matts in Brighton - I live up the road a short distance... I said I'd go take some pics on Wednesday night and seems everyone else loves the seaside so now a few more people are going! all on a school night...

I think the general plan was try some light painting on the front and whatever takes your fancy - come along it should be fun!

we can do this on the beach...

Airshows wise ~ what about Shoreham, would love to get there one year/this year

That is definitely a possibility

What a stonking set of images ~ this one I really like but a pity about the tight crop across the top?

After your last bit of feedback about access it would seem there is at least one place for open views but I surmise it can get crowded

unfortunately for the pic the crop on the top is as it was shot, I only cropped the bottom and slightly to the right to get rid of some dead space.

If you go to Brands on one of the BMCRC days you get a good variety of bikes, cheaper to go than BSB, more races and spectator wise it is really quiet. I went to the inside of Druids after 2 and could get to the fence without any problems. At a Superbike meet it does get very crowded.

Great shots today guys and gals well done all.
I've learnt a valuable lesson today, I'm not as young as I used to be and next time someone suggests entering a mini triathlon, 500m swim, 3 mile run and 5 mile bike ride, for charity some training may be in order my fitness is not what it used to be it took me twice as long to to the run as it would of last time I did it. I either need to get back out pounding to streets or grow old disgracefully.

Bit of a cheek to call it a mini triathlon, looks very gruelling to me. Well done for completing it

Here's one I took last week - I think the heavy border might swamp it a bit - what do you think?

I quite like it as it is, if you had a light or no border there would be no distinction at the edge of the picture.

Hallo all,
Been in Germany/Belgium for 3 of the last 5 weeks with work so haven't been online much lately. Just a brief note to say well done to everyone for the photos - they've been excellent and have done nothing but perked my interest to add a macro and/or super telephoto to my lens list. As if I didn't already have enough lens envy :)
Will hopefully have some time this week to go back through some photos taken in March so I'll post them once (if?) I get them sorted.
