Defo an understatement! My legs are a little sore today and shoulder aching a tad! Its not for the weak and unfit thats for sure esp if you have to carry all your kit and food etc!

That would count me out then lol

+1 for the airfix kit - a great example of HDR :D

I guess it would work well on a Hercules type plane (I'm not good with planes!) but one with propellers!

Hold that thought...

BTW this is just using Photoshop CS5 HDR tool which must be easy, because I've never done an HDR before!

Ace shots Rich.

Now for something more serene - an Italian church by moonlight:

I know it's not the reason you were out there, but it's one of my faves :)

The airplane shots from both of you are very cool as well!

Looking at Ian's Landscape's shot reminds me of this...
This was day 1 from the Cad mountain (West)

IMAGE: http://www.swaffsphotography.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/RS10WALESLOWFLY-June2010-2040.jpg

You can see Ian keeping alert for any low flying craft
IMAGE: http://www.swaffsphotography.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/RS10WALESLOWFLY-June2010-2036.jpg

And this was the same lake on day 2!

IMAGE: http://www.swaffsphotography.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/RS10WALESLOWFLY-June2010-2068.jpg

We also went out to Lake Venyyyyrrrrrr (sp) on Tuesday Evening and got the filters out:

what about a self portrait of sorts - hold the cards in your hand in the foreground - may add some perspective interest to the shot?

Something like this Lee?

Didn't Neal, (or as it Kevin!?!) do a series like this with cards? It wasn't the most wanted deck, but similar concept anyway.

Just need an infra red remote now, to help with the focussing Ronin ;)
