300 4L + Kenko = SHARP

These are 100% crops of Jpegs straight out of my 7D with ZERO processing (other than to crop and the crappy compressing photobucket does when I upload).

I'm super happy with this combo, I really can't tell the difference with and without the teleconverter. It autofocuses just as quick! Turns my 300 into a 420 with IS for $199!

Very nice. Did you notice much difference in contrast with and without?

Very nice, sold my 400 5.6L and went with the 300 4L IS and 1.4 Canon, couldn't be happier with the images, especially for the price point...

Perhaps a touch less contrast with the TC. These pics don't have any PP done and the BIF needs some contrast adjustment but it might have w/o but the other two are not bad contrast wise.
