So I saw the Hoff do this and I figured hey why not. It's unlikely you'll be in the area BUT IF YOU ARE....be sure to visit and stop by for the month of July.

I'm not very active on the BBS networks anymore. This is the only forum I regularly participate and share in. So here's an update from me.

I'll be hosting & sponsoring my first art show & gallery exhibit in a museum this upcoming July. My muse behind it is to showcase the beauty of the Southern Arctic nature/widlife/aurora.

The theme is showcasing interpretations of the natural world of the south slave region (sort of like a county or constituency of our territory) to ...anyone interested. Mostly local, but I have gained the interest of a collection of local mag/newsletters/newspapers...websites, that kind of thing.. Not many anywhere in the south even know where the NWT is. For those that don't:

I've participated in about 5 galleries internationally and nationally but never hosted and organized one all by myself. It's taking a lot of time but I have a feeling it's going to be a big bash, lot of fun, the networking is invaluable and the feeling of showcasing unknown and original artists is really something.

If anyone has done something like this before, please share your experience. I'm looking for all of the knowledge I can get to make this successful. While I have done an exhibition plan (sort of like a mini business plan but for the exhibition) I'm open to all ideas, all suggestions...shoot.

Would love to see this Karl, but I am a little too far away.
