I like the concept but the execution is pretty bad, especially for the price. The strap is terrible (that'll sound like a broken record if you watch the video, it is that bad) and the hard sided aspect make it awkward to use. The strap alone is enough to make the bag unusable for me honestly.

I had this feeling you weren't going to be happy with that bag. :) I also don't mind paying for suede! If you could at least try out the Tamrac Velocity series. I would like to get your input on those bags. Thanks! :)

don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind at all if they paid attention to the strap and the rest of the details. It's when they make the bag very inexpensively to lower their cost, then add a few bits of suede/leather to jack the PRICE back up w/o moving the COST.... yeah, no thanks. Had they put a good strap on the damn bag I could look past most of the other issues.

they just LOOK dumb? I've never seen one IRL and I've never considered ordering one JUST because of the look of them. They really look like a massive purse to me I guess? If it works it works, but for me I can't get over the look regardless of the functionality. If it were all black it'd help a ton.

I just want a basic looking backpack that has side entry to the entire photo area and doesn't have extra room. The incase sling with 2 straps (and the size of their current backpacks) but keeping the side access would be PERFECT.

The one I have is gray and black but, it doesn't look anything close to a purse. LOL! You just have to try one out and see for yourself. :) They did make it in all black during it's first release. There's a mix of reviews on this bag but, it really has to fit the individual. :) There are other bags that I use but, it really depends on my mood. I have a Domke which I really love and some ThinkTank bags as well.

^^Link is working for me.

Not exactly a resounding review. :) That bag looks about the same size as my TT Streetwalker backpack, but holds less. I can see how a sling would make for easy access, but that bag definitely doesn't look comfortable!
