Those are great shots. But the sad part of Robins are that the nest is only big enough fo two at a later date. They usually lay 3 eggs in case one doesn't hatch. When three hatch they raise them equally until there is only enough room for two as they get larger. Sad, but that's how nature works.

I have a Robin nest under my deck right now. They originally layed 3 eggs like usual, but only two hatched. Right now we have a pair of pretty large chicks that have their first real feathers coming in.

Two hatched Sunday and the third today. The parents are pretty skittish right now (saw your post where the mom was giving you what for). We're hoping they become accustomed to our presence.
