New Hibiscus blossom, not sure of the variety. Weak sun from yesterday, MFD (10'), very slight crop.

The bloom is Paphiopedilum hayaldianum which is owned and grown by the Orchid Species Preservation Foundation in Edmonton, Alberta.

He probably meant a crocus vernus. First springtime flower I get in NJ.
