Gardenia megasperma in Litchfield National Park, Northern Territory of Australia. It's a shame we don't yet have an internet of smells, as this flower smells gorgeous, not unlike the Gardenias people grow in their gardens.

Native ginger, Curcuma australasica, has sprung up at Nunjurr (Wangi Falls) in Litchfield National Park after 6 months of dormancy as underground tubers. Wet season rains that trigger its activity started only 5 days ago!
