Ha ha. My 5D IV is safe for the moment ... until they bring out a Mark V at least. Here's another example of the Google Pixel 3a's results - a flower, albeit a dead one! Sharp, and the depth of field is amazing. Are these phones becoming a threat to DSLRs, I ask myself?

Maybe smaller and more densely pixel packed sensors in some sort of DSLR could be tried, but that’s just me thinking before I put my brain in gear
The photo is very good but tiny sensors have large dof, they rely on software(or even lots of lenses) for fake small dof, no gain without pain.
