Yes they were certainly spectacular in Brisbane a few weeks ago. Sadly they don't grow in Darwin.

Mountain varieties of both these formed my wife's wedding bouquet and the flowers on the day
I walked up into the highlands and came home with a rather large supply :rolleyes:

(not the done thing!)
We had them for about 35 years by which time they had disintegrated, but not us :love:
