There are lots of them. You could start by doing a search for "identifying flowers" to see if there's one in your language. For use with a mobile phone there's the Plantsnap (external link) app. Download links for iPhone and Android are at the bottom of the page. If you prefer to use the web, try Pl@ntNet (external link).
