Steven, as I am posting this the clock on my computer tells me that it is 12:33 AM. I'm off tomorrow so I don't have to be up early but I'm going to bed in a few minutes anyhow, good night and I'll see y'all in the morning.

And look at you guys - you've actually managed to post some pictures with genuine artistic merit (did I just say that?), and have a real photographically-related discussion that's based on truth, not myths. Guess I'm not going to be able to shut the thread down just yet.

It's hard to believe, isn't it? But I think it's a nice change to have, once in a (rare) while.

And you can thank Stealthy for being on vacation. When he is not around we seem to naturally behave a little better. :)

Good night Wayne! Good morning Steven!

It's probably time for bed for me too. Unlike lucky Wayne, I actually do have work tomorrow!

Steven, I do have a job however I am currently furloughed one day a week on Tuesdays. Now I been accused of not working when I am at work, and I do enjoy what I do. However it seems I am expected to do the same amount of work in a four day week as I was doing in a five day work week.

Needless to say, I am not happy with the current situation.

Wayne

PS good morning y'all

I really hate what employers are doing these days.

Have you tried "Yeah I would have got that done but you made me stay home yesterday"

NO however before the furloughs started I was generally one to two days ahead of deadlines. Present I have been able to keep up with deadlines although I'm not a head of schedule, in last week I had to have a bunch of work delayed due to a last-minute large custom piece being dropped on my desk at the last minute. Needless to say I was not told that this job was due significantly earlier than what the job envelopes said it was due, and things got rather tense when I was not making a deadline that I did not know about.

All the more reason that I'm not happy with the current situation.

Wayne
