THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE TO CHEAP TO KEEP PUTTING QUARTERS IN YOUR METER! mother natures way of saying dont buy a BiMMER and cheap out of your parking costs....

mother nature: OH YEAH BOI! ill show you what happens when you park on my body (pavement) and not pay! i put these gosh darn meters hur for a reason...
