I always follow the crews that photograph the Space Flight Missions, from the teams in orbit and their Nikons, to the ground crews with their mixed brand bags.
I came across what I thought was an awesome capture (Not mine, below is the link to the pic)...

... And I realized that there is some sort of blur on that thing. Motion Blur? Lens blur?
That is my question to you, aviation photogs. Was this user error -in a way-, or simply a foreseeable product of the circumstances (say "Oh, I would have done much worse if I were on that spot).

Just trying to understand the boundaries between available quality to Opportunity ratio. What do you think? (Remember, first link is the one we're focusing on).
