I just got my T1i last weekend. I got the 75-300 zoom as part of the "kit". The lens zooms is stiff starting from about 200mm and gets worse as you get to the 300mm area. Is this normal for a new lens? Will it "break in" , or should I bring it back?
I bought the T1i to replace the Sony F828 I had. I can't believe how much digital cameras have advanced!! I still have my old Canon AE-1 outfit sitting here, remember when we actually had to buy film, pay to have it developed, and pay for prints?
