I have my thoughts what are yours?

Well, the left part of the photo is nice, but as a whole, it lacks a clear subject. The right half of the photo is dark and has a number of competing elements (boats, light, etc.). I actually think a vertical crop from the left side that places the breakwater at about the line of the upper third--with waves in the lower foreground and making the two people on the breakwater your subject--would amount to a much more compelling photo. You don't have editing marked as OK, so I won't upload the crop I have in mind, but I think that bit is your photo. You don't need the rest of it.

First off thank you for the feed back. :D

Sorry Ill turn that on Go for it!!

The two people were the focusing point. Over all I think it is not a very good shot, nothing stand out nothing really interesting. The only thing I like about it was the water on the bottom right that caught the sun set.

Maybe if I moved a few yards to the right I could get everything lined up. I was at the end of the pier so I couldn't but I did not think about that until you posted. Thanks!

I could not figure out how to make the rocks bright enough with out blowing out the sky :(

This is my favorite part of the image as it was shot. I agree that a different vantage point could have resulted in a better composition. I don't really like how the sun is so near to the edge of the frame. If you live near that spot, I'd say it's worth returning to for another try.
