Very quick set up for a shoot of a freshly wrapped CL. (a pub carpark had to do once it was out of the booth/workshop on the way to handing it back to customer)
And a quick one whilst it was still in the booth

Keep that location in mind & maybe move a little farther from the trees if you can next time to get some more reflection from the sky in the roof. FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...

[GIFS ARE NOT RENDERED IN QUOTES] Keep that location in mind & maybe move a little farther from the trees if you can next time to get some more reflection from the sky in the roof. I have the turned wheel aswell. However one thing I picked up was that as i was trying to balance the front (lit with strobe) with the side profile ambient that the wheels gave different colour profiles from the light, so the front wheel wasnt the golden colour from the dusk sun.

PhotosGuy Cream of the Crop, R.I.P. More info | May 30, 2010 09:12 | #14 I take it this is how you would prefer the wheel turned in? About half that much would look better to me. Good point about the "so the front wheel wasnt the golden colour from the dusk sun." currently I have a big gap in my gear between 35 and 70mm The much maligned Kit lens is not terrible at f/8 & above. I dont normally do alot of PP work on photos but have decided to just play with this, its rough around the edges atm but does this work? It looks great to me! FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...
