I am looking into starting a site to sell images. I will mainly be targeting Graphic artist which means my photos will most likely be stock. Where do most of you get your user agreements? Is there a site that I can download them from?

I am basically looking for a user agreement that gives permission to use my photos in art, media and ect but I am not wanting to issue a license to print it as is for profit. Am I looking for a royalty free license? I have heard that they pretty much give up all rights to my images and to be honest I am not putting any of my real pictures on there, just ones that I took for this purpose.
