This was an over-exposed and not very sharp shot. I decided to try to save it with some Lightroom tinkering. I like to think that I've created something a little more artistic than a run of the mill, pin-sharp insect pic. But I may just be kidding myself... :-) Any thoughts welcome.

Thank infra! I did reduce the temperature for 2nd photo

But i reckon that the warm tone works the best for the sunset shot

But when shooting outside studio, you have to face a lot of undesired circumstances, and we need to learn a better way to fix it

Therefore there are nothing wrong to use pts to fix stuffs if things went wrong

From my point of view you succeeded well in saving the picture.
It's not always about the pin-sharp object.
Sometimes it's good to be a bit out of focus to underline the feeling of the moment.
