I spent a bit over a week in the Galapagos bouncing around in inflatable dinghies and didn't use any casings; just UV filters on the front of the lenses. Jon

May 30, 2010 01:25 | #3 well I took my old Olympus SP55 UZ (think I put the right numbers) to the beach once, sand got on it. So I'm really hoping to keep this one a little safer. I'll check out the link you spoke about though, and thanks

I know that some cameras have like a sleeve or something you can buy and put on the camera to help protect it. Does anyone know if these are available and where I can find one? Thanks.
