I was wondering how you all present your contract to clients? I met with one for the first time and just carried in my pieces of paper, and I didn't like it. So i wanted to know how you all present it.

I was thinking of making a custom folder with a few of my photos on it, maybe a big one on front and a few small ones on back. Then I can have my contract, pricing list, business card, etc. Do you have any idea where I can make these with good quality, for reasonable prices? I'm thinking maybe mpix, but i haven't seen if they offer this. What do you all think about this?

Inside a nice cardboard folder, along with a price list and the NZIPP code of ethics. The contract is a sample contract, if they want to book then and there I type their details into the PC and print one. Most often people call me to book, I mail out a contract.
