I was using my buddy's Nikon (yes, I know, shame on me. I washed my hands right afterwords and kissed my Canon) while getting ready to Aerial Refuel with a KC-135 over the Black Sea. It really was a perfect day to fly and to AR. This was also special since it will be my last time flying Freddy for at least a couple years, UAVs here I come :(

I've got more from in flight, but haven't finished the PP on them. I'll be adding them soon.

Cheers!

Awesome! What were you in again?

And in the first shot you can see another a/c way above you! From the tip of the tail, and go right...

Shoot Nikon, but wouldn't mind a few Canon things

Very cool, always wondered what the perspective must look like!

I spend too much on flying to have much equipment worth listing!

Thanks everyone! I never noticed the plane until I saw the pics on the computer, everyone has got good eyes! Next to the boom in both pics is the moon, also very cool.

VR6 - I'm flying a C-5. Fred is its nickname :D

Awesome. The re-engined C-5 yet? And these were the 135 refueling the 5?

Here's my special refueling shot!
