Went to a local park and took a few more shots of a Wilson's warbler, Cassin's finches, a Pine siskin, and a female Black-headed grosbeak. Comments and critiques are welcome.

Nice collection, especially the Wilsons. I really like the composition in #2, but that OOF branch is a little distracting.

Thanks for the comment, Ken. I agree with you on # 2. I liked the composition so much, though, that I just had to post the image. The OOF branch is definitely distracting though.

A fine series of shots, some of the same models I have here right now. You must have used some special glue to keep that warbler on the branch...heh..heh. Quick little buggers. Cassin's finches are very pretty birds, you did a fine job on all these shots.

Steve, I have found a place close to the river where there is a large concentration of these birds. As long as I stay focused on one spot, I can catch one of these little guys taking a break from hopping around. But you're right, it's not very easy to make them stay too long at one place. :)
