A number of people here have used CHDK on various and sundry PowerShot models. It's actually been around for quite some time. There's even a thread about using it on the XTi.

Does anyone here use it on an SX1 IS? I've read the CHDK wiki but I can't see what it would give me extra. Apart from the battery gauge. Would it be worth it for an SX1?

God Bless The EU - You can take our lives but you will never get our cheese or our tea bags!
